Pack Your Vac! We'll Clean for You!
We want the transition into your new home to be as easy as possible. Our complimentary PACK YOUR VAC service is provided for every Seller with whom we work. Franklin Street Realty provides the following services after closing on your home:
- Sweep the front porch and steps
- Vacuum carpeted areas to include stairs
- Floors such as linoleum, hardwood, tiles, etc...will be swept and damp mopped
- Window sills, light fixtures, (if they can be reached without a ladder), baseboards and corners dusted with a magnetic duster to remove spider webs, dirt and dust.
- Wipe kitchen appliances and countertops. (NOT included: ovens, refrigerator interiors, stains/severe build up of grime, grease or mold on appliances.)
- Drawers, pantries, cabinets, etc. will be cleared of debris, crumbs and dust
- Bathroom fixtures and mirrors will be wiped with appropriate cleaners and sanitized
You can pack your vacuum cleaner and all other cleaning supplies on the moving truck.
